ChangeWright specialises exclusively in organisational change management. Our proprietary methodology and toolset have been developed over a period of 12 years - tried, tested and honed in over 40 large engagements with blue-chip clients. We have built up a substantial body of formalised change management knowledge, and our team has deep and varied experience in change management and associated disciplines. As a result, ChangeWright and its subsidiaries can offer the following services and products:

Change management consulting services
Consulting support for change projects, across the full spectrum from direct full-time involvement of one or more of our consultants through part-time involvement in support of internal change practitioners to arms-length quality assurance, guidance and mentoring.

Change management tools
Standalone and online tools that enable change practitioners to deliver value more quickly and cost-effectively. We have a strong focus on innovation and new tool development, and a merciless selection process by our team - only those tools that really work well in practice survive to be developed further. ChangeWright invests significantly in this process - one of our team members is a full-time software developer, and we often source in further capacity in this regard as required.

Change management training
We have been offering basic change management training on request for some years, but it has become clear to us that change practitioners need much more than this. To address this need, we have founded a new subsidiary - ChangeAbility - that offers training courses that go far beyond the typical "Change Management 101" level. Courses are presented by recognised authorities in their respective fields, and always include a very strong practical component.

ChangeAbility offers certification on all the courses that we present. This certification can be further enhanced by the ChangeWright internship programmes.

Support for internal change management functions
We have played a significant role in the establishment and development of a number of internal change management functions. We can offer strategic advice, mentoring, quality assurance services, behind-the-scenes support, high-quality temporary resourcing and outsourced specialist services that include surveying, communication concept development and execution, methodology development services, and toolset customisation.

THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT TOOLBOOK is a global, web-based platform where which you can meet with other people who are involved in change processes related to organizations, teams, communities, societies and individuals. Here you can find information, download tools, and even do work. ChangeWright is a 50% shareholder in the company that owns www.change-management-toolbook.com, and we share a strong commitment with Holger Nauheimer, our business partner (and the author of the original Change Management Toolbook), to continue with the development of this unique platform to better serve the needs of change practitioners throughout the world.
