It is the people associated with ChangeWright, more than anything else, that makes us who we are. We believe that change management is a combination of science and art – in the practice of change management, the “what” is often a science, but the “how” will always remain an art, more a function of who you are than of what you know. The “wright” in our company name is intended to reflect this combination of science and art, and to remind each of us that of all the things we bring into the practice of change management, that which makes the greatest difference is ourselves.
