ChangeWright was founded in 2000 by Ivan Overton, who is still fully involved in the company as its managing director. Prior to founding ChangeWright, Ivan successfully operated as a one-man change management consultancy (Triangulum Consulting) for five years.
Although every person that joins our company - and every person that leaves - changes us in some way, the fundamental ChangeWright culture has remained true to the original founding vision - to establish a world-class consulting firm where people are enabled to be as good as they can be, where politics count for nought and doing the right thing really well (with flair and fun) makes all the difference.
We are here for the long haul, and we manage our company accordingly. We re-invest most of our profits back into our business, and have started executing a five-year growth plan.
While ChangeWright intends to keep on providing an excellent service to our large corporate clients, we believe that together with other change management practitioners, we can also make a difference on a larger, social scale. Part of our ongoing strategy is therefore also to take on more work of a social nature. Our first step in this regard was taken in September 2006, when ChangeWright became a corporate partner to loveLife, South Africa's national HIV prevention programme for youth.
